Terms & Conditions
Please read these programme terms carefully before participating in Spin & Win.
Eligibility and entry
A valid, eligible store invoice is required. One eligible invoice permits one spin only. The customer must complete OTP verification and accept the programme terms before spinning.
Fraud and fair use
Do not submit tampered, duplicate, or invalid invoices, use bots, or attempt to manipulate the programme. We may cancel entries, withhold rewards, block future participation, or take appropriate action where misuse is detected.
Rewards and redemption
Rewards are subject to stock availability and store verification. A reward must be collected within the validity communicated by the store. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Important disclaimer
Never share money, bank details, UPI PINs, passwords, or OTPs to claim a reward. Aavo Foodtech Enterprises does not ask for a security deposit. Product warranties, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the respective manufacturer. The programme may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn where reasonably required.
